Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dance Beats Lab (including the BBOY BEATS and POPPIN BEATS catalogs), you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The platform is built for the street-dance community — breaking, popping, and related practice — with catalogs kept on separate floors so sessions stay in style.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 need parental consent. One account covers every lab. You are responsible for your credentials and activity on the account.

- / One account per person.
- / Report a security breach as soon as you can.
Acceptable Use
We prohibit:
Scraping or harvesting the catalog with bots or scripts.
Bypassing security, overloading the service, or redistributing audio without a license.
Your library
Dance Beats Lab does not host user-uploaded music. Likes, playlists, and similar library data you create stay tied to your account and the lab you saved them in. We may remove library data that violates these Terms.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
Catalog audio and artwork are owned by Dance Beats Lab or its licensors. Streaming on the site is a personal preview. Any extra rights (download, video, commercial use) appear on the individual track page when offered — they are not implied by streaming.

Subscriptions & Payments
Paid memberships, lossless downloads, and checkout are not offered yet. If we launch billing later, charges will be processed by a third-party processor, billed in advance, and cancellations will apply at the end of the then-current cycle. We will update these Terms before taking payment.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Dance Beats Lab and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, to the extent allowed by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. For a material change we will try to give at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
